North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College (NWSLC) is here to support your business by providing training solutions and skills improvements that will help your business thrive. We are the complete skills and competencies improvement service.

Training and development might not have been a high priority during the pandemic but as we emerge from that challenge there are many more ahead of us, some were present pre-COVID, others have arisen as the world adapts to new shifts in working practices and technological advancements. Here we look at three crucial new initiatives for employers across the region that could help your success.

AutoLive – an immersive technology solution designed to boost training for the manufacturing sector using virtual reality as part of its delivery.

This new training tool uses a blend of immersive technologies to provide realistic, interactive and engaging experiences of the production line and its surrounding environment. The tool optimises and adds value to the learning experience by enabling trainees to gain ‘on-the-job’ training in a risk-free environment, where they can learn by doing.

It is a perfect fit for manufacturing environments helping with processes such on boarding and health and safety knowledge.

AutoLive has been developed by NWSLC and Coventry University Enterprises – Interactive (CUEi) in partnership with the grant funding body Ufi VocTech Trust.

The tool will be ready for launch in January 2022. To find out more get in touch via [email protected]  Or visit the website: AutoLive Training Tool – NWSLC
