Yes, this is about fraud. About overstated revenues. About mis-selling solutions under false promises. But more than anything, this is about integrity – or the lack of it.

• Investors who turned a blind eye to red flags.
• Executives and employees who played along with a damaging charade.
• Customers who trusted a company to build their future, only to be left with nothing.

And we can’t stop thinking about the people. The engineers, support staff, designers – some of whom likely knew the truth but had bills to pay.

Others who didn’t, and now suffer just the same. Business owners whose platforms vanished overnight. Teams whose products are now inaccessible. Dreams disrupted.

This isn’t just a “tech story.” It’s a human one.

The lesson? Ownership matters. But so does accountability. So does character. If we want a healthier industry, we need more than innovation – we need integrity, across the board.

Let’s remember the people impacted. Let’s do better by them in the future.
