Help and Support to Innovate, Build Resilience and Grow

Sometimes ‘Innovation’ looks big and shiny, other times it’s just ‘a small but significant change’ that sets your business on the right course for growth.

If you have 5 or more employees on payroll in your business or social enterprise, you are likely to be eligible to join the Help to Grow: Management course with the University of Leicester School of Business.

Including webinars, case studies, peer groups and mentoring, the course is delivered online with 4 in-person workshops at the University of Leicester School of Business and culminates in the creation of a practical growth action plan for your organisation informed by your learning on the course. The course will:

• Help you to understand the evolving needs and expectations of your customers and staff
• Enable you to define, appreciate and enhance the value that your business creates
• Support you to innovate and develop your business

90% government-funded with additional 10% bursaries available from the University of Leicester School of Business.
