With a 5-hour commitment over 12 weeks, the Help to Grow: Management Course starting on 20 April with the University of Leicester School of Business makes it possible to balance working on the future of your business with existing work and personal responsibilities.

The combination of online and face-to-face sessions reduces the time you need to attend in person, while still providing you with the benefit of face-to-face time with our experts and your fellow business leaders, for networking and some genuine moral support.

In contrast to a big commitment like an MBA, the course provides a real-world option for leaders who are keen to stay engaged with daily operations while they work on their skills.

There are no assignments or exams with the focus on practical outcomes for your business though development of a realistic growth action plan.

The course is 90% government-funded with an additional 10% bursary provided by the University of Leicester School of Business making it fully-funded.
