Private GP appointments – fast, flexible access to care

Many UK patients are now often waiting weeks to see an NHS GP¹, delaying access to advice, reassurance or treatment. This can lead to unnecessary worry and time away from work, affecting both individual wellbeing and workplace productivity.

Our CQC-registered private GP service (delivered by Health Management Limited, part of Medigold Health) gives employees fast, flexible access to qualified doctors, with guaranteed same- or next-day appointments – meaning they can get the timely care they need, when they need it.

What we offer:

• A GP subscription with unlimited appointments for a fixed annual cost, as well as pay-as-you-go options
• Virtual consultations nationwide, plus face-to-face appointments at our City of London clinic
• 15- or 30-minute appointment slots, allowing unrushed time to discuss health concerns
• Continuity of care with the same GP whenever possible
• Prescriptions and direct referrals for specialist care where clinically appropriate

Medigold Insights assessments

Medigold Insights is our new suite of ‘Know Your Numbers’-style health checks, delivered on site or via our mobile units by our specialist Occupational Health Technicians. Designed to support early identification of health risks, these focused assessments measure key health markers such as BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol, which are linked to common, preventable conditions including cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

Employees receive a clear snapshot of their current health, along with practical, personalised advice and signposting, where appropriate. For employers, the service offers a simple, scalable and high-impact way to enhance wellbeing provision, while also providing anonymised, population-level insights to help inform wider wellbeing strategies and initiatives.
