Starting on the 14th September, across three intensive days, you’ll cut through the noise around AI and Generative AI, learn what works in real organisations, and see practical examples of how leaders use AI to do more in less time. You’ll explore real SME case studies, identify high-impact opportunities, and take a hands-on approach to implementation through simple agent building, workflow automation, and rapid experimentation methods such as A/B testing.

Women as Transformational Leaders (10 level 7 credits)
Addressing the dual need to develop the female leadership pipeline and develop purpose-driven leaders, this course prepares female leaders to be successful agents of change and transformational, purpose-driven leaders.
Starting on 15th September 2026, this 3-day short course is designed for female leaders in organisations across sectors with at least 3 years of leadership experience who want to develop their capability to be a purpose driven leader and agent of change. Masterclasses, workshops, activities, you will develop leadership competencies critical for success such as leadership identity and self-awareness; an understanding of strategic leadership during transformation and change; confidence and capability as a transformational leader; and the ability to engage people with your vision and strategy.
