I’ll talk about the conversations I have every day with businesses who know they need to hire but haven’t quite worked out why.
Whether that’s replacing like for like, adding headcount, or trying to ease the pressure without really stepping back, or just recruiting for the wrong reason entirely.
I’ll share real examples where a role started out as one thing and ended up solving a completely different problem, simply by asking a few better questions at the start.
The aim is to give people a different way of looking at their next hire, so they feel more confident about what they really need and why, and so the person they bring in genuinely makes a difference.
