Developing an agile mindset for a turbulent world

A volatile and uncertain external environment needs organisations to be able to, not just react and respond, but to adapt, innovate and thrive. People who are change agile are critical to organisational success, but what does this mean for us personally, professional or as leaders?

During this session we will explore:

  • What it means to have a change agile mindset
  • What can get in the way
  • How we can develop our own ability to be change agile
  • Leadership approaches that enable change agility
  • How we can manage the stress that comes from operating in a changing environment.
