Help to Grow: Management Course – Support for senior business leaders

This 12-module course, introduced by the Government, is designed to help small and medium sized businesses across the UK learn new skills, reach new customers and boost profits. The course provides practical workshop modules, one-to-one support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and the opportunity to join a national alumni network.


Aimed at senior leaders in small and medium businesses, the course covers strategies for growth and innovation, leading high-performance teams and digital adoption, as well as financial management and responsible business practices.


The cost to attend is also 90% funded by the Government. Participants pay £750.


Course update: If your business employs between 10 and 249 people, you can send up to two participants on the course.

Previous participants of the Small Business Leadership Programme can also join the course.
