Management Masterclass

Having recently joined the Midlands Business Network, we are really looking forward to getting to know our fellow members.  We are a unique HR & Training consultancy who are on a mission to help organisations become better employers.  How do we do this?  We offer a range of services including:

We wanted to share our Management Development Series in this article.  We run a 10 x 1 day training programme which starts in February and concludes in December.  Throughout the year, we work with participants to increase their awareness and skills relating to People Management.  Our programme is accredited to the Institute of Leadership so attendees will get an accreditation and certificate on completion.  We would love to have an opportunity to discuss our training with anyone who is either newly promoted to a supervisory or management role, or perhaps you have been doing this for a number of years and have never had an opportunity to support this with some formal learning.  Our training programmes are fun, insightful and engaging.  Get in touch to find out more by emailing us at [email protected].
