Women as Transformational Leaders.

Building on our successful Women in Leadership programme, Nottingham Business School have launched this 3-day short course designed for female leaders in organisations across sectors with at least 3 years of leadership experience who want to develop their capability to be a purpose driven leader and agent of change. Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Fundamental to achieving inclusion is an awareness of the varied ways in which people differ in how they experience the world around them, including the workplace. This course aims to provide awareness of how each individual can be more aware and better equipped to support present or future neurodivergent colleagues into their team, organisation and to harness their unique talents.

Attending this course will support you to:

  • Understand the neurodiversity paradigm.
  • Acquire confidence in talking about neurodivergence.
  • Identify the strengths associated with neurodivergence.
  • Enable optimal contributions from neurodivergent colleagues.
  • Evaluate the neuro-inclusion climate within your team/s
  • Create an action plan for delivering improved neuro inclusion within your team.
