The Graduate Internship Scheme is back

We are thrilled to announce the return of the Graduate Internship Scheme at Nottingham Trent University (NTU)! This fantastic programme offers businesses the chance to engage with NTU talent through a fully-funded 6-week (full-time), or 8 week (part-time) internship starting in August.

Why participate?

This programme not only provides an excellent development opportunity for graduates, but also allows companies to explore how to effectively integrate graduate roles into their operations. It also presents an opportunity for staff to upskill themselves in mentoring and nurturing early career talent.

How it works:

Graduates will be recruited and funded by NTU through our Unitemps service, but will be based at the host organisation to develop their employability skills through a graduate level role.

What kind of roles can I submit?

The scheme is open to NTU graduates across all disciplines, meaning we have graduate talent to suit a broad range of roles. Finding a suitable match depends on the availability of graduates with the required skill-set for your vacancy, so there is a chance we may not find a match, but will be in touch to discuss other options if this is the case.

Organisation eligibility:

The scheme is open to businesses of any size, sector and location. The main criteria for participating employers is that they can provide supportive environments for graduates to develop their skills, with guidance and support from their line manager.

Key Dates:

Role submissions open Monday 14 April, and close Friday 04 July.

Internships commence on Monday 11 August 2025, and run for 6 weeks (FT) or 8 weeks (PT).
